In accordance with column 2 of REACH Annex VII, the oxidising properties do not need to be determined. The substance is incapable to react exothermically with combustible materials on the basis of its chemical structure.

Justification for classification or non-classification

According to the Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 on classification, labelling and packaging (CLP) of substances and mixtures the substance is not considered to be an oxidising solid. The substance contains oxygen, but these elements are chemically bonded to carbon or hydrogen only.
