PBT assessment: overall result

PBT status:
the substance is not PBT / vPvB
Justification:

The B and T criteria are not fulfilled for TCPP_Tris(2-chloro-1-methylethyl) phosphate_multiconstituent substance. Based on test results, there is some evidence for ultimate biodegradation. TCPP is considered as inherently biodegradable, but does not meet the criteria for inherent biodegradability. Therefore, the P criterion could be potentially met. The B criterion is not fulfilled for TCPP. As the substance is considered as inherently biodegradable, the vP criterion could be potentially met. Thus, TCPP_Tris(2-chloro-1-methylethyl)phosphate_multiconstituent substance is neither a PBT, nor a vPvB substance.
