Interpretation of results (migrated information): no data
Results from in vivo toxicology studies performed with S-205 and an analogue substance Black 400 reveal that S-205 is poorly absorbed via the gastrointestinal tract and the skin. There is evidence of systemic distribution including to the kidneys when S-205 is administered via the oral route. The kidneys may be the site of excretion. Although S-205 log Pow indicates potential for bioaccumulation, nothing was observed in the macroscopic or microscopic investigations probably due to poor absorption across biological membranes.
