According to the Guidance on the Application of the CLP Criteria , if the acute aquatic toxicity is >1 and ≤10 mg/L, (96h LC50 (fish) = 7 mg/L, 48h EC50 (daphnia) = 6.7 mg/L, and 72h ErC50 (algae) = 4.8 mg/L), and as the substance is not readily biodegradable, the substance is classified Aquatic Chronic Category 2 (H411: Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects) according to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008.
