Additional information

A GLP guideline study according to OECD 301 F was performed.

More than 60% degradation was reached on day 5, the 10-day window criterion was passed. The mean biodegradation after 28 days of L-Valine was 108% (ThODNH4) and 82% (ThODNO3).

The degradation rate of L-Valine under consideration of nitrification reached 60% within the 10-day window and after 28 days of incubation.

According to the guideline OECD 301, L-Valine is considered to be readily biodegradable.

This experimental result of a GLP guideline study was expected due to an estimation by calculation.
