Justification for classification or non-classification

Based on the positive results of LLNA, test substance is classified as skin sensitiser and the risk phrase R43May cause sensitisation by skin contact is assigned to N-(cyclohexylthio)phtalimide according to DSD criteria; according to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 criteria N-(cyclohexylthio)phtalimide is classified as skin sensitiser (Category 1A) and hazard statement H317May cause an allergic skin reaction is assigned.
