The evaluation of the toxicokinetics of Ceraphyl RMT shows that based on its physicochemical properties, exposure to Ceraphyl RMT through inhalation is very unlikely, but significant absorption via the dermal and oral routes can be expected. However, Ceraphyl RMT is readily metabolized and its metabolites do not cause significant toxic effects. Hence, these conclusions support the low potential for bioconcentration or generation of bioaccumulative metabolites of Ceraphyl RMT regardless the route of administration.
