Description of key information

Long-term terrestrial toxicity studies on soil macroorganisms (Eisenia fetida; OECD 222, EU C.33), terrestrial plants (bean, beet root, oilseed rape, onion, tomato, and wheat; OECD 208, EU C.31) and soil microorganisms (nitrogen transformation; OECD 216, EU C.21) were performed. No effects have been determined on soil macroorganisms, soil microorganisms and on survival and emergence of the tested plant species (NOEC ≥ 1000 mg/kg soil dw).

The most relevant and sensitive value obtained in long-term terrestrial toxicity studies on terrestrial plants (EC10 21 mg/kg soil dw; OECD 208, EU C.31), soil macroorganisms (NOEC ≥ 1000 mg/kg soil dry weight; OECD 222, EU C.33), and soil microorganisms (NOEC ≥ 1000 mg/kg soil dw; OECD 216, EU C.21) is the EC10 for terrestrial plants.
