Environment/Hazardous to the aquatic environment

The results outlined and discussed in the Aquatic Toxicity summary under 6.1 for the acute toxicity to fish, the acute toxicity to daphnia, the toxicity to algae and the toxicity to bacteria do not lead to a classification as dangerous for the environment based on the criteria outlined in the directive 2001/59/EC, Annex VI, 5.2.1 for potassium (R)-2 -(4 -hydroxy-phenoxy)-propionate.

As outlined in the Aquatic Toxicity summary under 6.1 the results for the acute toxicity to fish, the acute toxicity to daphnia, the toxicity to algae and the toxicity to bacteria do not lead to a clasification as hazardous to aquatic environment based on the criteria as outlined in Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008, Annex I, Part 4, 4.1.2.6 for potassium (R)-2 -(4 -hydroxy-phenoxy)-propionate.
