Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
There is no significant change of the measured surface tensions. Thus, It can be concluded that the equilibrum is reached. Thus the results obtained were averaged, to give the surface tension of the solution.
The result is 60.2 mN/m.
Therefore according to this test it was considered taht the test material is not surface active (surface tension > 60 mN/m).
Executive summary:

The surface tension of a solution of Givescone in ultrapure water (34 mg/l corresponding to 90% saturation concentration) was determined according to the OECD guideline No. 115 using the ring method. The result is 60.2 mN/m. Therefore according to this test it was considered taht the test material is not surface active (surface tension > 60 mN/m).
