Classification justification according to CLP

Based on the data above, D-Glucopyranose, oligomeric, undecyl glycoside (CAS 98283-67-1) is considered to be rapidly degradable and to have a low potential for bioaccumulation. The acute aquatic toxicity L(E)L50 values are > 1 mg/L for fish, algae and Daphnia. Valid chronic toxicity data are available for three trophic levels - the lowest NOEC is >1 mg/L. Therefore, D-Glucopyranose, oligomeric, undecyl glycoside does not need to be classified and labelled as hazardous to the environment according to the Regulation (EC) No.1272/2008 (CLP) and the Regulation (EU) No. 286/2011 (6th ATP).
