Results and discussion

Water solubility
Water solubility:
1.27 g/L
Temp.:
19.5 °C
pH:
7.9 - 8
Details on results:
An excess of test substance was stirred with double distilled water (in triplicate). The nominal concentrations were approximately 8 g/l. Duplicate
samples were taken from each water mixture after 24, 48 or 72 hours of stirring. The temperature of the climate room was 19.5 ± 0.5°C during the
performance of the test. The 24-, 48- and 72- hour measurements are in agreement. Therefore, the water solubility of Dihydrolinalool was calculated as the mean value of all measurements: 1.27 g/l.
