Any other information on results incl. tables

In the screening test according to Grewer with the pure product an exothermal effect was detected starting at 220 °C. A multistage reaction was observed which led to a maximum product temperature of more than 450 °C.

In the screening test with the kieselgur mixture (1:1) a weak exothermal effect was detected starting at 190 °C. A multistage reaction was observed which led to a maximum product temperature of more than 450 °C

Between 60 and 160 °C an endothermal effect was observed.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
In the Grewer-Oven-Test an exothermal effect of the pure substance was detected starting at 220°C. Therefore, the test item has not to be classified as self-heating substance according to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, Annex I, 2.11.4
