According to the REACH Regulation EC n. 1907/2006 Annex VII Column 2 the study does not need to be conducted if the substance is incapable of reacting exothermically with combustible materials based on the chemical structure.
Justification for classification or non-classification
Oxidising solid means a solid substance or mixture which, while in itself is not necessarily combustible, may, generally by yielding oxygen, cause, or contribute to, the combustion of other material.
Based on the information and review of the substance, it is deemed not to be potentially oxidising, based on the subunit analysis which resulted to be nonoxidizing, negative oxygen balance values and the known experience in the handling and use of the substance.
According to the REACH Regulation EC n. 1907/2006 Annex VII Column 2 the study does not need to be conducted if the substance is incapable of reacting exothermically with combustible materials.
