According to REACH Regulation (Annex XI, 1.), the study on flammability needs not to be done if the available data are sufficient for assessment.For liquids the relevant endpoint is the flash point.
Justification for classification or non-classification
According to Directive 67/548/EEC and Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (EU GHS) the test substance does not fulfil the criteria for classification. A flammable liquid is defined as a liquid having a flash point of not more than 60°C. A flash point of 65°C at 1013 hPa was determined for MTMA.
