thermal stability
Type of information:
experimental study
Adequacy of study:
key study
Study period:
From Novmber 18, 2016 to March 30, 2017
Reliability:
1 (reliable without restriction)
Qualifier:
according to guideline
Guideline:
OECD Guideline 113 (Screening Test for Thermal Stability and Stability in Air)
Deviations:
no
GLP compliance:
no
Remarks:
The test laboratory is GLP-certified.
Test substance thermally stable:
yes
Sublimation:
not determined

Conclusions:
Under the study conditions, the test substance 70% (60% TLA) showed a broad endothermic effect in the temperature range of 120 – 350 °C, which could be cause by condensation effects. No further thermic effects could be observed up to the maximum temperature of 500 °C.
Executive summary:

A study was conducted to determine thermal stability of the test substance. Under the study conditions, the test substance 70% (60% TLA) showed a broad endothermic effect in the temperature range of 120 – 350 °C, which could be cause by condensation effects. No further thermic effects could be observed up to the maximum temperature of 500 °C (Möller, 2017).

Description of key information

The thermal stability was determined according to OECD Guideline 113 (Möller, 2017).
