Endpoint:
adsorption / desorption: screening
Type of information:
migrated information: read-across from supporting substance (structural analogue or surrogate)
Adequacy of study:
key study
Reliability:
1 (reliable without restriction)
Rationale for reliability incl. deficiencies:
other: see 'Remark'
Remarks:
Experimental test run under GLP conditions and according to OECD and EC Guidelines with the p-isomer. The substance as described in section 1 (m-isomer) and the p-isomer tested share the functional groups, have the same mol. weight and similar isoelectric points. It is therefore considered that absorption and desorption constants from any substrate are similar.
