Thermal Stability

The DSC measurement in a closed glass crucible showed an endothermic effect (melting) in the temperature range 35 - 60 °C and no exothermic effect until 400 °C.

Boiling Point / Boiling Range (DSC)

Three measurements in aluminium crucibles with a hole showed an endothermic effect after the melting in the temperature range 310 - 350 °C with an onset temperature of approximately 346 °C.

For the correction of the boiling point to standard atmospheric pressure (1013.3 hPa) the equation, table and graphs of H.B. Hass and R.F. Newton in "CRC Handbook of Chemistry and Physics, 74th ed. 1993 -1994", pages 15 -16 and 15 -17 were used. The corrected values are shown in the table below:
