Test Substance Stock
A 10 mg/mL of test item stock solution was prepared by bringing 0.1365 g (0.1147 g as active ingredient) of the test substance to a final volume of 11.466 mL with methanol. This stock solution was stored in a refrigerator in an amber glass bottle with a Teflon-lined cap.

Test Procedure
HPLC: UV detection at 210 and 240nm.
Retention time: Approximately 39.63 to 40.60 minutes for the test item.
Column temperature: 30 °C
Mobile Phase: Purified reagent water/acetonitrile (45/55, v/v), Isocratic
Mobile Phase Flow Rate: 1.0 mL/min

Details on results (HPLC method):
The mean log Koc values of the test item in soil and sludge were determined by extrapolation to be 8.58 (Koc 384844937) and 8.67 (Koc 471468624), respectively.
Validity criteria fulfilled:
not specified
Conclusions:
The mean log Koc values of the test item in soil and sludge were determined by extrapolation to be 8.58 (Koc 384844937) and 8.67 (Koc 471468624), respectively.
Executive summary:

In a study performed to the standardised guideline OECD 121, under GLP conditions, the mean log Koc values of the test item in soil and sludge were determined by extrapolation to be 8.58 (Koc 384844937) and 8.67 (Koc 471468624), respectively.
