Conclusions:
A non GLP preliminary range finding test was carried out as acute immobilisation test to Daphnia magna STRAUS. No immobilisation was observed after 24 h and 48 h at a nominal loading rate of 100 mg/L. The 48-h EC50 was determined to be greater than 100 mg/L.

Description of key information

According to Annex VII of REACH Regulation, the study does not need to be conducted because a long-term study on Daphnia magna is available.

However, a non GLP preliminary range finding test is available as acute immobilisation test to Daphnia magna STRAUS. No immobilisation was observed after 24 h and 48 h at a nominal loading rate of 100 mg/L. The 48-h EC50 was determined to be greater than 100 mg/L (nominal).
