Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Powdery, granular or paste-like substances are to be considered as highly flammable when the time of burning in any tests carried out according to the test procedure in 3.3.2 is less than 45 seconds. The test substance did not occur combustion or smoke in the preliminary test, and no further testing was not performed.
Therefore, Trimethyloctylammonium methyl sulphate was regarded as non-flammable substance.
