Executive summary:

The flask method was applied for the determination of the water solubility of Acetic acid, oxo-, sodium salt, reaction products with ethanolamine and phenol, sodium hydroxide and ferric chloride. Quantification of the test item was based on the response of dissolved Fe and on the response of ortho-MEAHA.

The water solubility of the test item at a loading rate of 50 g/L based on the responses of dissolved Fe and ortho-MEAHA at 20°C was ≥ 47.4 g/L.

The water solubility of the test item at a loading rate of 100 g/L based on the response of dissolved Fe and ortho-MEAHA at 20°C was ≥ 90.9 g/L.

The pH of the aqueous samples was in the range of 8.7 - 8.8.
