According to the burning rate test N.1 of the UN‐RTDG, GHS Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 and Council Regulation (EC) No 440/2008 test A.10, the test item is not a flammable solid of Division 4.1 and does not have to be labelled as such a substance since it cannot be ignited by a hot flame of a small gas burner.
