Description of key information

For evaluating the biodegradation of the test substance, one valid study performed according to the OECD Guideline was available to assess the biodegradation in water.

This key study was performed according to the OECD Guideline 301F with GLP statement. The biodegradation of the test substance was found to be 57% after 28 days and 77% after 60 days. The substance is not readily biodegradable but significant mineralisation occurred thus demonstrating complete primary biodegradation, and based on the enhanced screening test, extended up to 60 days, the substance is not persistent in the environment.
