Conclusion on classification

1,3-bis(3-(1H-imidazol-1-yl)propyl)urea was not toxic to aquatic algae (Raphidocelis subcapitata) and invertebrates (Daphnia magna) up to 100 mg/L. Thus, the substance is not classified since EC50 and LC50s are above 100 mg/L which is the concentration limit below which a substance should be classified as as an aquatic hazard based on acute toxicity data in accordance with Section 4.1.2.6., Annex I of Regulation 1272/2008/EC.
