Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The determination of the inhibition of mobility of Daphnia magna exposed to the test item Didecanoyl peroxide for a duration of 48 hours was assessed according to the OECD Guideline 202. Daphnia magna were exposed under static conditions to one concentration of 100 mg substance/L dissolved in dilution water.

As no reduction in mobility was recorded, it is concluded that Didecanoyl peroxide has no effect on daphnids up to its water solubility limit.
