Additional information

One study investigating the short-term toxicity of D-Glucopyranose, oligomers, branched and linear C9 -11 -alkyl glycosides (CAS 157707 -87 -4) to marine aquatic invertebrates is available. In this key study performed according to ISO 14669 and GLP, Acartia tonsa was exposed to nominal concentrations of 1, 10, 18, 32, 56 and 100 mg/L of a 48 -52% solution in a static test design. As a result, an EL50 (48 h) value of 52.4 mg/L was reported, equivalent to 26.2 mg a.i./L (Opus Plus Ltd., 2006).
