Additional information

One experimental study is available investigating the short-term toxicity of Reaction products of oleoyl sarcosine with sodium hydroxide to aquatic invertebrates (Krain, 2004). The study was performed according to OECD 202 (GLP) with the water flea Daphnia magna. Daphnia magna was exposed to five nominal concentrations of 0.5, 1.0, 2.5, 5.0, 10 and 25 mg/L. After an exposure of 48 h an EC50 of 1.4 mg/L was calculated.
