Description of key information

NTO was found to decompose from approximately 235 °C without melting.

Additional information

The value is taken from two data sources: study report by Minier et al, where it was noted that the test substans undergoes decomposition at 235 °C and publication Spear R.J., Louey C.N. and Wolfson M.G. according to which the test substance, NTO, decomposes at 273°C without melting.
