Description of key information
The boiling temperature of dipropylenglykolisobornylether (isomerengemisch) was determined according to ECC-guideline 92/69/ECC A.2 boiling temperature, thermal analysis, DSC.

Both DSC-thermograms showed an endothermal process (boiling). The shape of the boiling peak allowed to evaluate a boiling point of the test item.
The boiling point of the test item was T= 301.5ºC (1st = 301.4ºC / 2nd= 301.6ºC).
The boiling temperature of dipropylenglykolisobornylether (isomerengemisch) was determined according to ECC-guideline 92/69/ECC A.2 boiling temperature, thermal analysis, DSC. Therefore samples of the test items were weighed into aluminium crucibles with perfotated lid.
These samples were exposed to a temperature/time-gradient while the thermal heat-flow was recorded.
