Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
A surface tension value of 70.9 mN/m at 20°C of a 96.4 mg/L was obtained for the test item in a reliable study conducted according to an appropriate OECD test method. According to EC testing directive 440/2008 A.5 the test item is not considered to be surface active.
