The substance is classified as such based on the data which is available for the main constituents/ impurities. The containing substances cresol and phenol are classified as Skin Corr. 1B. Their concentration in the mixture lead to classification as Skin Irrit. 2 (H 315) and Eye Irrit. 2. (H319) according to the CLP regulation.
