Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

The melting point of the test item cannot be determined. The substance decomposes at temperatures above 275°C.

Additional information

The melting point of the test item cannot be determined. The substance decomposes at temperatures above 275°C.

However, a significant degradation was observed as from 275°C after an endotherm. The first weak exotherm between 95°C and 220°C is also attributed to degradation or rearrangement (refer also to observations made during the self-heating measurements). This is in line with visual observations made during melting/boiling point measurements with the glass capillary method.
