Hesperidin was shown to have a water solubility of 4.93 mg/l ± 0.99 in pure water.

Hesperidin was shown by Mayumdar et al. to have a water solubility of 4.93 mg/l ± 0.99 in pure water. Within the pH-range of 1.2 - 9 no significant change of water solubility was observed. This finding is supported by the information in The Merck Index, stating "one gram dissolves in 50 l water" which would be equivalent to 20 mg/L. Considering the analytical capabilities at the time when this was reported this is supporting the results determined by state of the art techniques by Majumdar et al.
