PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION (especially for difficult test substances)
- Method: Three stock solutions with a nominal concentration of 100 mg/L were prepared with dilution water one day prior to application. The stock solutions were shaken with 20 upm for 24 h. Undissolved particles of the test item were removed by centrifugation at 3000 rpm for 20 minutes. After centrifugation the three stock solutions were mixed together.
