Additional information

Weight of Evidence approach from several peer reviewed handbooks. The relative densities of L-camphene, D-camphene and L-alpha pinene were found to be 0.8446, 0.8950 and 0.8590 respectively. As these three substances represent more than 80% of the test substance and taking into account the corresponding typical concentrations of these components in the test substance (i.e. 51% for L-camphene, 21% for D-camphene and 12% for L-alpha pinene), the relative density of the test substance was determined to be 0.859, calculated as the weighted average.
