Description of key information

As the test material decomposed, no value for boiling temperature could be determined.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

Method

The determination was carried out by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) using the procedure specified in ASTM E537-86, Method A2 of Commission Directive 92/69/EEC (which constitutes Annex V of Council Directive 67/548/EEC).

Conclusion

The test material has been determined to decompose from 257°C (530 ± 0.5 K) at 102.42 kPa. As the test material decomposed, no value for boiling temperature could be determined.
