Administrative data
First-aid measures
Description of first aid measures
Skin
Wash with soap and water. Get medical attention if irritation develops. Launder contaminated clothing before reuse.
Eyes
Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Immediately call a poison center or doctor.
Inhaled
Remove exposed person to fresh air if adverse effects are observed. If breathing is labored, administer oxygen. If breathing has stopped, apply artificial respiration. Call a poison center or doctor if exposed or you feel unwell.
Swallowed
Treat symptomatically. Get medical attention.
Advice for first-aid providers
When providing first aid always protect yourself against exposure to chemicals or blood born diseases by wearing gloves, masks and eye protection. If providing CPR use mouthpieces, resuscitation bags, pocket masks or other ventilation devices. After providing first aid wash your exposed skin with soap and water.
Most important symptoms and effects, both acute and delayed
See section “Toxicological Information”.
Indication of any immediate medical attention and special treatment needed
Note to physician: Treat symptomatically.
Fire-fighting measures
Fire Fighting Measures
Extinguishing Media
CO2, dry chemical, foam, water spray, water fog.
Special hazards arising from substance or mixture
Material can form an explosive organic dust air mixture. See section “Stability and Reactivity” for additional information.
Advice for firefighters
Wear full protective fire gear including self- containing breathing apparatus operated in the positive pressure mode with full facepiece, coat, pants, gloves and boots.
Accidental release measures
Accidental Release Measures
Personal precautions, protective equipment and emergency procedures
Personal protective equipment must be worn.
Environmental precautions
Take precautions to avoid release to the environment. Prevent from entering into soil, ditches, sewers, waterways and/or groundwater.
Methods and material for containment and cleaning up
Pick up free solid for recycle and/or disposal. Avoid raising a dust.
Reference to other sections
See sections “Exposure Controls/Personal Protection” and “Toxicological Information” for additional information.
Handling and storage
Handling and Storage
Precautions for safe handling
Use with adequate ventilation. Avoid creating dust. Maintain good housekeeping practices. Do not discharge into drains or the environment, dispose to an authorized waste collection point. Use appropriate containment to avoid environmental contamination. Avoid breathing dust, fume, gas, mist, vapors or spray. Wash thoroughly after handling. Launder contaminated clothing before reuse. Dispose of packaging or containers in accordance with local, regional, national and international regulations.

Exposure controls / personal protection
Exposure Controls/Personal Protection
Control parameters
None known.
Other Exposure Limits
None known.
Exposure controls
If use generates a dust, local exhaust ventilation is recommended. Additional ventilation or exhaust may be required to maintain air concentrations below recommended exposure limits.
Eye/face protection
Safety glasses or goggles.
Skin protection
Use good industrial hygiene practices to avoid skin contact. If contact with the material may occur wear chemically protective gloves.
Long sleeve shirt is recommended.
Respiratory Protection
Under normal use conditions, respirator is not usually required. Use disposable dust/mist mask if the recommended exposure limit is exceeded.
Hygiene Measures
Wash thoroughly after handling this product.
Environmental exposure controls
See section “Accidental Release Measures” for details.
Stability and reactivity
Stability and Reactivity
Reactivity
Carefully review all information provided in the following sections.
Chemical stability
Material is normally stable at moderately elevated temperatures and pressures.
Possibility of hazardous reactions
Will not occur.
Conditions to avoid
Not determined.
Incompatible materials
Strong oxidizing agents.
Hazardous decomposition products
Carbon monoxide. Emits acrid smoke, irritating and combustible fumes when heated to decomposition.
Disposal considerations
Disposal Considerations
Waste treatment methods
All disposal practices must be in accordance with local, regional, national and international regulations. Do not dispose in landfill.
Dispose of packaging or containers in accordance with local, regional, national and international regulations.
