Description of key information

The study on a chemically related substance (Rosins, Rosin Salts, Rosin Adducts, Adduct Salts and Rosin Esters (CAS No. 61790-51-0)) was performed no guideline followed. Water Solubility: Rosin acids and resin acids, sodium salt, was mutually miscible with water at ambient laboratory temperature.
QSAR, Wenighofer 2009: The water solubilities were calculated for the main components of the test substance:
- Dehydroabieate, CAS No. 28171 -39 -9, 38 % (w/w) of Dresinate 835 A: 43.9 mg/L
- Dihydroabietate, 18 % (w/w) of Dresinate 835 A: 39.6 mg/L
