Conclusion on classification

The classification of the substance is evaluated based on available experimental data on the three trophic levels:

Fish: LC50 (96h) = 100 -2220 mg/l

Daphnia: EC50 (48h) = 64 mg/l

Algae: EC50(96h) = 131 mg/l

The substance is not readily biodegradable, is water soluble, has a LogPow < 4 and is not expected to bioaccumulate. Based on the short-term toxicity results and the non-ready-biodegradability, the substance is classified in the Aquatic Toxicity class in Category 3, H412, according to the criteria indicated in the CLP Regulation (EC) No.1272/2008.
