Description of key information
In accordance with Column 2 (specific rules for adaptation from Column 1) of Annex IX of Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006, further degradation testing shall only be considered if the Chemical Safety Assessment indicates the need to investigate further the degradation of the substance. The soil simulation testing (for substances with a high potential for adsorption to soil) test required under information point 9.2.1.3 does not need to be conducted since direct and indirect exposure of soil is unlikely.
