Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

The crystallisation temperature of the liquid reaction mass of ammonium dihydrogenorthophosphate and diammonium hydrogenorthophosphate is ca. 35°C.
The solid reaction mass of ammonium dihydrogenorthophosphate and diammonium hydrogenorthophosphate is considered to decompose between 155 and 200 °C based on the data on both constituents (MAP: melting point of 197 °C and decomposition immediately after, DAP: decomposition from 155 °C).

Additional information

Liquid form:

The crystallisation temperature of the liquid reaction mass is provided in the lead-registrant SDS. In the absence of further details on the experimental method used, a reliability score of 4 was attributed to this data.

Solid form:

The assessment for the solid form is performed based on the reliability 2 information available on both constituents.

All these data were considered in a weight-of-evidence approach.
