Additional information

The octanol/water partition coefficient is evaluated based on the QSAR estimates for 3 representative structures of the target substance: PG diC18:1, PG diC18 and PG mono C18:1. The following average log Pow values (based on results from 2 QSAR models) were calculated: 14.37, 15.26 and 6.92 (AlogP); 16.11, 16.54 and 7.46 (Kowwin) for respective constituents ordered as above.

Based on the obtained results, a log Pow of > 6.92 is considered as a reasonable estimation for the substance as a whole.
