Description of key information

The metal corrosion potential of the test substance was determined according to DIN 50905 (Hoechst, 1994).

Not corrosive to metals

Justification for classification or non-classification

Based on the results of the study, the localised corrosion rate of the test substance is expected to be below the 6.25 mm/year cut-off. Therefore, the test substance does not warrant a classification according to the EU CLP criteria (Regulation EC 1272/2008).
