Description of key information

The vapour pressure of the test material was concluded to be < 1 Pa at 25 ºC (with a calculated value of 0.307 Pa) according to a non GLP compliant key study (Balazs, 2002c) performed to the modified OECD 104 guideline.

Additional information

The key study (Balazs, 2002c) is a non GLP compliant study which was performed to the modified OECD 104 guideline with a sufficient level of detail to assess the quality of the study. The vapour pressure was estimated by calculation using the partial pressure summation adaption method. The vapour pressure for the whole compound was concluded to be < 1 Pa at 25 °C (with a calculated value of 0.307 Pa). The study was performed to a good standard and was assigned a reliability score of 2 using the principles for assessing data quality as set out in Klimisch (1997).
