Read-across from Aluminium-magnesium-zinc-carbonate-hydroxide (EC 423-570-6):
Under the conditions of the test (OECD 202, static, according to GLP), Aluminium-magnesium-zinc-carbonate-hydroxide-(hydrate) induced no effects in Daphnia magna exposed to a nominal loading rate of 100 mg/L. Hence, the 48-hour EC50 was > 100 mg/L (> water solubility, > solubility limit in test medium), the highest loading rate tested.

EC50 for freshwater invertebrates (OECD 202 and GLP guidelines): > 100 mg/L (loading rate), i.e. > solubility limit in test medium
