Details on methods and data evaluation:
A very small amount of sample was dispersed in deionised water to achieve a very pale brown coloured liquid suspension, and sonicated for 10 minutes.
The dispersed sample was analysed by Malvern Zetasizer Nano-ZS ZEN3600 - LIMS1951. Five measurements were carried out and the average zeta potential is calculated.
