Description of key information

A gas comparison pycnometer was used for the determination of the density and relative density of DD-lactide and LL-lactide. The outcome was similar for the two lactides and is fully valid for dilactide D-lactide as dilactide is a mixture of D- and L-lactide isomers. The density of the test substance was 1.31-1.33 g/cm³. The relative density was 1.31-1.33.
