Additional information

The derivation of a PNEC is not possible. Justification: The substance was tested in concentrations far above its water solubility. No effects were observed in all test systems. Consequently, no LOEC, NOEC, or ECx - value can be calculated. Since this data is a prerequisite to estimate a PNEC it is not possible to derive this value.

As for the submission substance neither any ecotoxicity nor mammalian toxicity had been found, a PNECoral can not be derived.

Conclusion on classification

As no toxicity for any tested species of algae, aquatic invertebrates, fish, sediment (Lumbriculus) and soil organisms (Eisenida fetida) could be found neither in acute nor in chronic tests, no environmental classification is proposed.
