Relative density at 20C:

Additional information

Several reliable literature sources report the density of Zinc nitrate as result from experimental studies to be 2.065 g/cm3 in a temperature range from 14 °C to 20 °C. The value which originates from GESTIS which is a authoritative secondary source is 2.065g/cm3 at 20°C and was chosen as key value for the density.

This was supported by a non-GLP study where th density was determined with a portable density meter measures the density of liquids in g/cm3 or kg/m3 according to the U-tube principle.

This resulted a density of 1.054 g/cm3 at 20 °C for a 10% aqueous solution (wt/wt).
